Glowing skin, positive effect on overall skin health

I haven't noticed much of a whitening effect so far (I have only been taking these for a month and a half), but I have had multiple friends comment on how "glowing" my skin is recently. The only thing I have changed about my skincare routine is the inclusion of these pills, so I think they are working for something. I'm actually already quite light-skinned but my goal is to ultimately be ghostly white lol, so while I think these pills may be a good start I might try a different brand after I finish these. I recommend these Ishigaki pills for a starter/boost to your overall skin health if you want glowing skin.
