TCA Peels (Trichloroacetic Acid Peels) are medium-depth chemical peels that target deeper layers of the skin compared to superficial peels. They are highly effective for treating fine lines, acne scars, pigmentation, sun damage, and uneven skin texture. TCA peels stimulate collagen production and skin renewal, revealing smoother, brighter, and younger-looking skin after recovery.

TCA Peels are often used in clinical settings but are available in different strengths (from 10% to 35%) for different skin concerns.

How to Use:

⚠️ Warning: TCA Peels must be used carefully! Stronger concentrations (20%–35%) should be applied by trained professionals.

1. Preparation:

   • Cleanse the skin thoroughly and degrease it (with alcohol or acetone-based preps).

2. Application:

   • Apply TCA solution using a cotton-tipped applicator or brush.

   • Expect a slight burning or tingling sensation.

3. Frosting:

   • The skin may “frost” (turn white) — this is normal and shows the depth of the peel.

4. Neutralization:

   • Some TCA peels self-neutralize; others require water rinse. Follow product guidelines.

5. Healing:

   • Skin will peel over 3–7 days.

   • Strictly avoid picking at peeling skin.

6. Post-care:

   • Apply gentle moisturizer and SPF 50+ daily.

   • Avoid sun exposure, active ingredients, and heavy makeup until fully healed.

⚡ Frequency:

• Light TCA peels (10%-15%): every 4–6 weeks.

• Medium/deep peels (20%–35%): once every few months or as advised by a professional.
